for conducting their MBA program in India wherein students will study the first year MBA program in AUI- Kodai , India and, the second year at Bradley University Campus, Illinois, USA (Twinning program).

Selected Faculty members will be responsible for the following:
Teach introductory / intermediate courses in the respective discipline & associated laboratories to majors and non-majors in undergraduate / graduate level.
Participate in student advising, and serve on faculty committees.
Organize, and develop the core activities of teaching, research, examining etc.
Create a productive, accessible and well regarded learning environment for students.

Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will have
A university graduate degree, in a relevant area. PhD is preferred.
American education and/or teaching experience required.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
Knowledge of and skills in relevant software /  word processing.

Compensation : AUI offers a competitive salary and benefits package.  For international hires, benefits include roundtrip travel and, health insurance for employee and immediate family members, free accommodation, annual summer leave travel. tuition allowance for up to two children through high school /  free education in AUI for up to two (2) children.

Contracts are normally issued for 3 years and are renewable. Visiting appointments for 2 years or less may be available.  Faculty hired for Fall 2010 must be in India by mid August 2010.

Position Summary : The President / Dean / Executive Director are key positions in the University and will be in charge of Administration / Business operations / Academic affairs of the University. Selected candidates will serve as an integral member of the University's executive management team / Chairman’s Cabinet.

Qualifications: Preferred candidates will have

a university degree, preferably a graduate degree, in business and management/administration.PhD is preferred.
experience in a service industry, preferablyin higher education
experience in strategic, operational, and resource/financial planning, master planning, and policy and procedure development
experience in handling leadership workshops / corporate training.
experience with, and a sensitivity to, cultural diversity
